It's a Birdie Affairs!! *Girl version Angry Birds"

Still "ANGRY BIRDS' fever.. and since this time round, the request is for a 3 years old Girl.. I suggested to her mum that I'll do a girlish themed for the cupcakes' order.  She agreed and hence the brainstorming began.. I wanted something girlish & sweet & flowery.. so I googled.. and found out that there's a "Valentine Edition" for Angry Bird Game.  So based on this, I created this design.. I super loved it although I am not such a big fan for Angry Bird Game.

Straightaway after I posted this picture on my Facebook's Fanpage ~ https://www.facebook.com/pages/Thecupcakelicious-Couture-Cakes-Gifts/128298247213548

I got another request to do the same one but since I never really too keen to do the same design twice (unless customer really insist), I did a different design (still very much girlish) and I even like this design much more than the 1st one! hehehe..

I even created a storyline for it !! wanna hear it?? NO?? ohh.. I insist!! lol... I named this set:

" Once Upon A Time Angry Birds Themed "~

"The Birds are really angry.. It's WAR time claimed the bird warrior, the male red bird.. ' The pigs have gone too far.. it is no longer safe.. our habitat has been destroyed.. and they have stolen our eggs.. not just for fun now.. but they've cooked it and served it to the evil wolf.. This is where I put my beaks down.. once and for all... for the sake of my unborn hatchlings.. and my beloved sweet satine... "

lol.. okay.. maybe I've been too carried away.. :P

Here's some more pictures from this themed! Hope you like it as much as I did and my customer who ordered this really love it and have sent me a message : Nicole ~ "  Thank You for the cupcakes, My god. This is sooooo beautiful! I like it so much. How r we going to eat that? Mmm. . . U r reali v v talented. Wonder when I can take baking lesson with u "

It just makes my day each time I received an email/sms/phonecall from the customers
expressing their thanks, truly do and this what really motivates me to make beautiful cake!

YES!!!... they're getting popular and as Im writing this blogpost, I just have another enquiry to do another theme of angrybirds cupcakes.. So yeah.. without further do.. heres the pics of angrybirds cakes - it was inspired by another cake artist (but I didnt have the name so yeah.. credit goes back to the artist out there...:) very nice creation!!

Angry Birds Cupcakes!

Ahhhh Finally Im able to blog again.. you see.. for those who has missed my posting (*a girl can only wish right??* hehe.. ) my laptop was under repair as the LCD screen was damaged.. and sighh.. just over the warranty period!! there goes a big chunk of $$ to the repair job!! oh well.. cant really afford to buy a new one just yet.. and cos of the Hari Raya holiday back here  in Malaysia, it delays it even further!! I was without laptop for almost 2 weeks!! :(((

anyway.. I have a lot of pictures to be updated... and yeah, to start with, heres my first order of "Angry Bird" cupcakes..  As you all probably aware, Angry Bird has taken the world by storm!!! I have to do a research on this for this first order as Im not really sure what is angry birds about although ive seen a lot of pictures but to do it right, I have to study it! So I've googled and under the "Wikipedia", Angry Birds is a puzzle video game developed by Rovio Mobile. Inspired primarily by a sketch of stylized wingless birds, the game was first released for Apple's iOS in December 2009.^[2] Since that time, over 12 million copies of the game have been purchased from Apple's App Store,^[3] which has prompted the company to design versions for other touchscreen-based smartphones, such as those using the Android operating system, among others.

The game actually about a fight between a flock of multi-colored birds who's angry  and attempting to retrieve their eggs that have been stolen by a group of evil green pig (pigs green? huh??? *scratch head* no wonder they're evil.. theeeeeheeee..)...hence the title "ANGRY BIRDS"

Anyway, Im pretty sure most of you knows all about it..so yeah.. heres how my version of angry birds themed cupcakes looked like!! I must admit, making them were such a pain in the ass at first but once you get the momentum going, it aint' that bad!! I do like the evil pig though (*hehehe..evil greeen**) and my fav is the blur looking blue bird.. :P
